Here are chapters 3 and 4 of my book on meditation. Chapter Three deals with the “attitude” of meditation, what we bring to the table so to speak. Chapter Four involves working with values and mindfulness of breathing and will be applicable for what we do in this course and has some exercises and tips that you might look at.
