Join me for online meditations this US election Day November 2, 2020. These meditations will be mindfulness based, infused with compassion and lovingkindness. The three earlier meditations will be thirty minutes. The culminating meditation, COMPASSION FOR AMERICA, will occur for an hour. The schedule is listed below. Learn Meditation from the ground up. I will be offering free meditation workshops on Mondays from 7:00 - 8:30 pm CST. These are free but registration is required. Give yourself some kindness and support during these stressful times. These are intended to provide a solid foundation for a meditation practice.
