Compassion is about connecting to strength and resilience and responding to the world from a mindset of service. It is also misunderstood as a “weakness” or as a “feeling of sympathy.” In reality it is the best part of ourselves. a part that is hidden or obscured for most of us, but a part can manifest and become strengthened through practice and cultivation.
